Directions: Before use apply a facial serum or facial oil to your face and neck. Begin by rolling at the neck upwards with gentle pressure, rolling up, never back and forth. Then roll from the jawline to the ear on both sides, rolling higher on the face each time until you reach the cheekbones. Stop when you reach the sensitive eye area. Then roll from middle forehead towards the temples on both sides. Then roll flat over eyebrows horizontally towards temples on both sides.
